Returns & Guarantee
If any of our products arrive damaged, or parcels in the consignment missing, please notify us as soon as possible. We will request that you then return them to us within a 7 day period for a complete refund. Although we do not send out goods on an approval basis, we accept that under exceptional circumstances some customers may have a need to return goods even though they are not faulty in any way. In these instances we may, at our total discretion, offer a full refund for the goods in question; although all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund or credit offered. This offer does not apply to any 'special' items such as specifically made furniture items to customers requirements, canvas prints, or throws and cushions that have been made which are not in our standard range. If goods need to be returned we ask that you notify us first, particulary furniture items so that we can suggest the easiest method.
